The Dragonfly Variation to Front Balance Sequence is so much fun to do. Our students love it because it is relatively easy, but looks so elegant and graceful. It is definitely a show-off to your friends worthy sequence.

Most of this sequence is fairly straightforward, but there is one transition that may feel new and exciting to students. For students with less experience the transition may be challenging, so we also included a drill for the transition in this tutorial. We also have two minor variations of this sequence. One variation will make the sequence easier and the other variation will make the sequence more challenging.

This sequence will work as a project for several classes for students with less experience or it will also work as a delightful and satisfying one day project for more experienced students.

As always, check out the list of skills in the sequence below for detailed instruction on how to do each skill in isolation.
