Kiss the Hands is a conditioning drill that’s all about strength and endurance in Straddle Ups. This drill can be started from the ground or from sitting on the hoop and sliding back to the knees.

We often teach this drill in mixed level classes because there are so many ways to scale it up for more advanced students or scale it down for more beginner level students. It works the negative of a straddle up in a really strong way that also builds great aerial habits for students at all levels.
