Reverse Clock Splits to Knee Prow on Aerial Hoop is a fun and very choreographic entry and exit. This is our favorite entry into an Overhand Knee Prow because it doesn’t require any complex grip changes or big inversions.

However, this entrance and exit are relatively complicated and can be mentally and physically exhausting for students.
