The Side Back Balance Fluid Flow Sequence on Aerial Hoop goes together like peanut butter and jelly. One lyra skill transitions seamlessly into the next in the video tutorial. However, each of these skills require a good bit of mastery to make them flow effortlessly.

The sequence starts with flipping the hoop upside down which can be a really eye catching and unexpected moment for the viewer. Hoop Flip star looks great with classic long lines, but go ahead and stylize it how you want. Then we lower down into Side Back Balance a fabulous and seemingly gravity defying shape that is somewhere between a back balance and a side balance. We then wrap it up with Moon Rider a photo perfect finish where we can fully engage with our audience or ham it up for the camera.
