The Single Knee Hang Press Through to Sleeper Roll Sequence on Aerial Hoop is a balanced mix of classic and more modern skills. The sequence follows a basic up, down, up pathway.

The general flow is to use an interesting skill to get from siting on the bottom bar to the top bar. Then spend a moment on the top bar before coming back down all the way underneath the bottom bar while exploring some more interesting shapes on the way down. And then because we always like to build strength, we come back up above the bottom bar.

The Single Knee Hang Press Through to Sleeper Roll Sequence is fairly versatile for group classes. There are several easier options available for the more challenging skills. The sequence can be broken up into smaller pieces, or skills can be removed or swapped out with other skills that students have worked on already.
