Twisted Scissor to Horse is a fun performative sequence that includes a lot of rolling around the hoop and a few unexpected transitions. Some of the transitions require some tricky weight sharing to keep the hoop under control. And the last transition into the momentumless mill circle from splits requires an arm leg set up that is so simple yet so easy to get wrong. It always makes our students really think about what they are doing.

While I demonstrate the sequence all at one tempo there are a lot of opportunities to add tempo changes and switch from big shapes to small shapes. The sequence can also be broken up into smaller parts and then the parts can be stitched together into the full sequence
