Unusual Pull-Ups on aerial hoop are a conditioning drill that can help students build the arm and core strength needed to do a clean pullover mount and dismount. We love adding this to the end of a class for students to work on when they are already tired from class.

There are four different variations that we use. Each variation is a different difficulty level. With this one conditioning drill everyone from beginner to advanced can find something to work on.
