A Vine Climb Mount is one of our favorite mounts because it is so versatile. These Vine Climb Inversion Conditioning Drills on Aerial Hoop can be used as stand alone conditioning drills or incorporate them into the mount as added strength building during class and training sessions. There are several variations of this drill. Each one is a little harder than the other.

All of these variations can be done as stand alone conditioning at the end of class or they can be added as part of the mount. This can be a great way for more advanced students to add a little conditioning to every time they get up onto the apparatus.
