Front Balance Roll-Ups are a foundational but challenging skill that is a staple for most aerialists. Front Balance Roll Ups train us to move with control through gravity’s pull, and they take us from a hollow body position to an arched body position. Front balance roll-ups are a great drill for all articulating all the different parts of the core, and identifying any areas that need greater strength, mobility, or awareness.
