Inside Seatbelt is a support on aerial silks where the live end of the fabric is in between the legs, and the tail is wrapped across the lap like the seatbelt. That seatbelt is on the torso side of the live end, and that’s why we call it an Inside Seatbelt, as opposed to its related support called an Outside Seatbelt. This support is important for aerial silk students to understand and there are many ways into it and out of it. Our aerial silks tutorial video covers three different entries and exits, and many tips for this versatile support.
