Kiss the Hands 2.0 is a more advanced variation of our Kiss the Hands drill. This version requires some complex core and hip actions to make it work, and it’s a good challenge for higher level students who are already comfortable with consistent straddle ups.
This drill helps students learn to balance themselves inverted when their weight is off center. It’s a good starting drill before students work on more dynamic momentum moves like beats, or more intense strength skills like Planche or even Meathook. Our higher level classes sometimes include some version of this drill in their aerial warm-up.
