The Meathook Entrance into S-Wrap is a quick, direct, and empowering entry into a common aerial silks support. This entrance is challenging and we teach it only to our advanced level aerial silk students who are strong in their Meathooks and have a great understanding of S-Wrap support.

Our aerial silks tutorial for this aerial silks skill covers two different variations of this skill, as well as very common mistakes, why they happen, and how to avoid them.
