This aerial silks up down sequence combines three different types of climbs with one fun descent, all while keeping the fabrics split apart. This sequence involves equal parts grip strength, knee pinch strength, and tail management to complete. This sequence is a fun one to play with on those days when you want to climb slowly and descend slowly, exploring your supports as you go. When we teach sequences like this we teach our aerial silk students to master the skills and understand their supports, so that they’ll know which parts of their body can relax and express at every moment in the sequence. Our tutorial covers key tips for the moves and transitions in this sequence.
