Splits Balance is a challenging skill on aerial silks and it requires equal parts strength, mobility, balance, and spatial awareness for aerialists to make it successful. We consider the fuller and more advanced expressions of this skill to be a long term project, but there are also easier versions that can be accessible more quickly for aerial silks students.
