The Windmill Hip Key with Straddle Up Drill is a more advanced Windmill Hip Key drill that we give to our aerial silks students who are strong enough to lift their hips high, but who are confused about how and when to do that during the windmill entry to hip key. This challenging conditioning and pathway drill is for aerial students who already have a strong straddle up from the air, and without that this drill can be too much to ask strength wise. When we teach this drill to our aerial silk students it helps them master their Windmill Hip Key.
