The Windstar C-Shaping Drill on aerial silks is a fantastic way to get aerial students comfortable in the various C-shapes that they’ll use to roll down the fabric in slow motion to completely control their drops and dives including different variations of Star Drop. This unique version of the Windstar wrap provides enough support so that students can pause anywhere in the roll down, and work on finding the correct engagement and balance in each C-shape facing in different directions as they go.
Our aerial silks teaching tutorial video examines this challenging C-shaping drill from different perspectives, to help students achieve success no matter the trouble they are having.
