The Alternating Thigh Roll Up has a lot of versatility, and training it can also help aerial sling students learn to move sideways through space and to drive motions with their legs and hips. This is an aerial sling skill that we often spend a lot of time on with our students as they move up into intermediate level classes on sling. This unique and classic looking aerial sling move can be modified up or down and so it works great with a mixed level group of students.
