This aerial sling sequence is one that we developed by exploring familiar aerial silks moves on sling. It was so fun and satisfying that we also came up with an easier version so that we could teach it in mixed level classes. This tutorial video covers both versions of the sequence…the more advanced variation which requires a straddle up in the air and the easier version which does not. This video also covers a walk-down for the little droplet that’s in this sequence.
