The Ankle Knee Hang on aerial sling is a move that Jordan discovered when she was playing around with the Arabesque Roll Up. This ankle hang variation has an additional support for the other knee to help share the weight and make the ankle hang easier, so for teaching purposes this skill is one that is often revisited in our aerial sling curriculum.

It’s more interesting than a regular ankle hang and it’s also more accessible, so that’s a winning combination when teaching mixed levels and different bodies.
