Hip Hang is an important foundation and some variation of it comes up again and again in a variety of skills. We teach new students to get into it from seated, and to exit back to seasted or with a pullover dismount. This tutorial video covers important cues and techniques for those entrances and exits, as well as common mistakes to avoid including correct fabric placement, body position, and engagement for this important fundamental skill on aerial sling.
