The Inside Seatbelt Infinite Exploration Sequence was created to move in and out of the seatbelt support on aerial sling, and to explore intermediary supports along the way. This is an example of a sequence that as an aerial sling instructor, I created just by getting up there and playing. Then after finding a transition that I liked for myself and for my students, I gave myself the challenge of figuring out its purpose in the sequence and how to build on it for teaching purposes.
We recommend using our aerial sling teaching tutorial video for this sequence as a starting point for your own explorations, because students will likely discover different shapes to make and different pathways to explore based on what feels natural in their own bodies. The important thing that we are teaching to our aerial sling students in this sequence is to be very aware of where they are supported at all times, and to understand how the wraps are forming as they move.

Combine shorter sequences into one longer sequence. These sequences can combine nicely with this current sequence.
