This Slide Entry into Inside Seatbelt on aerial sling is a simpler entry that doesn’t require an inversion. It does require some smart hipwork to make this transition work. We teach this entry to our aerial sling students who are just beginning to explore the Inside Seatbelt support, and they use it to get into skills like Forward and Backward Rolls, Infinity Rolls, and a wealth of other moves that originate in the seatbelt support.
