Kiss the Hands is a challenging conditioning drill on aerial sling but it is amazing for improving students control and their understanding of Straddle Ups. This inversion conditioning drill can be scaled up or scaled down in many ways to help students find quicker success, and our aerial sling teaching tutorial video covers those progressions and challenges, as well as highlighting common mistakes and how to avoid them.
