Thigh Hitch is a really popular and versatile support on aerial sling. Thigh Hitch is often done from standing which results in it being higher up above the bottom of the sling, but it can also be done closer to the bottom of the sling or anywhere in between. To get our aerial sling students started with Thigh Hitch, we introduce several variations and drills that are covered in this aerial sling tutorial video. Understanding how to lock in the thigh hitch support with body positioning and engagement is key, and our process makes it fun and engaging.
