The low Thigh Hitch Prep to Peter Pan is a drill that we created to inspire our students who are working on their thigh hitch support on aerial sling. We first teach thigh hitch low on the sling, and we focus our students on really learning how to lock in the support with their body position and engagement. In that process we discovered this fun exit that leads to a nice shape, and our students loved it so much that we made it its own unique skill in our aerial sling curriculum.

This aerial sling tutorial video covers all of the pro tips and tricks that make this skill work.
