This Up Down warm-up sequence on aerial sling is a combo that we use as a warm-up for our beginner and intermediate level aerial sling students. This sequence on sling warms up the pulling muscles and the leg lifting muscles, so it’s great for getting students bodies ready for sling and for building up inversion strength right from the beginning. This sequence is also easy for aerial teachers to scale up or down, and it hits both sides of the body evenly. Our aerial sling tutorial video covers the key tips we feel are important to make this simple and quick Up Down Sling sequence useful as an aerial warm-up.
