The Lyra Riddle is less of a skill and more of a brain game. Because this is a riddle, we are going to present this tutorial a little differently, to give you the chance to solve it, before we reveal the answer. This is also how we present the riddle to our students.

Here is the riddle. How do you transition directly from this seated shape with one leg on top to the exact same shape but with the other leg on top? There are two limitations or rules. One, you are not allowed to swing a leg through the hoop. Two, you can pick any starting grip, but once you pick it, you cannot change your grip again until you have finished.
