This sequence gets in and out of a Footlock in an interesting way, and continues through a Windstar drop. This is a nerdy and creative sequence that satisfies our fabric brains. Be aware that clever transitions will often put an aerialist on their non-preferred side in certain skills, and if you haven’t been training both sides of the body equally then sequences like this can get frustrating.
Even though we perform on our best side, we always teach and train everything on both sides of the body. Then when we choreograph we have many options and we can always clean up a sequence on our favorite side as we get ready to perform it. Be mindful about which wraps lead to which sides of the body and why, and as you watch this sequence play through notice which side I end up on in each skill and why.

It also includes cross references to all of the skills in the sequence and additional sequences that can be added on to this sequence to create an even longer sequence.
