This sequence involves some fancy footwork and it moves through its supports in unique ways. This sequence starts with a sleeper entry into same side wrap, and it ends with a clever way to walk down a single star drop. Even though we’re technically walking down a drop in this sequence, it is done in a choreographic way that makes for an interesting combo even without the drop.
We like sequences like this that move into a wrap in an interesting way and then find a lot of different things to do in that wrap and while coming out of that wrap. Moving through sequences like this really helps students understand and appreciate their supports, as they use them to find a variety of expressions and pausing points.
