Toe pull roll ups train the muscles and pathway for maintaining a deep knee hang while sitting up. This drill will challenge you to maintain stillness in the lower body, while moving the torso. It’s a great strengthening exercise for the core, but works the hamstrings as well. Both of which are super helpful for improving skills that involve knee hooking on a vertical apparatus like Same Side Climbs and Opposite Side Climbs, and for sitting up from a knee hang on a lyra or trapeze.
