Join Lindsey for a workout that focuses on strengthening for improved overhead shoulder mechanics. You’ll get a mini-anatomy lesson along with this workout, so you have a better idea of which specific muscles each drill is targeting. This workout will help you hang, climb, and move around on your apparatus with ease.

No aerial equipment needed!

Props needed:

  • Yoga mat or similar soft surface
  • Hand towel or similar
  • Small hand weight (2-3 lbs) or similar. A filled water bottle would work well.
  • 2 yoga blocks or other firm objects (thick books, etc)
