Everyone looks like they have long legs if they extend well. This workout focuses on active front/back splits and straddle splits.

Whether you need to build more control, more mobility, or both, this workout has something for you.

Props needed:

  • Yoga mat or similar soft surface
  • A little bit of wall space
  • 2 yoga blocks OR similar if needed for front/back splits
  • 1 yoga block or step or similar that you can stand on with both feet
  • 2 Sliders or similar (towel for hardwood floors, plastic plates for carpet, or similar)
  • Cushion or blanket, optional
