The Clock Splits to Back Balance on Top Sequence is a fairly long Aerial Hoop sequence and will likely require several sessions to make it through the whole thing. It covers a lot of different types of supports, different locations on the hoop, and different active muscle groups. This is the sort of sequence we use to tie together a variety of skills.
