The Knee Drop Belay Drop is a simple Aerial Silks drop that requires great body awareness to execute safely. This drop builds on the Backwards Belay Tick Tock Drop by adding a drop on top of the tick tock. This drop is a great opportunity for aerial silk students to practice linking small drops together.

There are many entrances into belay that are detailed in our related drills and variations. We teach this to aerial silk students who know how to keep their core and glutes engaged as they move, once they are comfortable with belay. Our tutorial video covers setting the drop up, walking it down, and key alignment concepts to make it look and feel good.
