Splits down behind on Aerial Hoop is a fun add on to the skill L-Sit. There is also a variation of Splits down behind that we call Airwalk. Airwalk is simply switching legs while in a splits down behind. These skills and variations all go together seamlessly and make for some quick choreography.

Splits Down and Airwalk are both very accessible beginner skills, and they are an excellent way to work on active splits.
