Submit a video of yourself doing the skill, and we’ll provide you with detailed video feedback. We’ll help you identify what’s going wrong and, most importantly, how to fix it. Don’t let repeated mistakes hold you back – take action and start your journey to improvement today!

Your custom video will be uploaded to your Aerial Fit Online account where only you can access it.

Need help with a skill or transition?
Our video submission process allows you to submit links to your training videos for our personalized feedback. Each submission will receive a feedback video where we will point out what we see (what’s working and what’s hindering you), and include suggestions for drills to help you improve.
The feedback videos will be available for you to view so long as you remain a paid member of Aerial Fit® Online.
Cost:
$10 per video. Only one skill or transition per video.
Instructions:
- Film a skill or transition that you’d like help with. The better we can see you in the video, the better our feedback will be, so consider a well-lit space and a good camera angle. Most training spaces with full view of you moving work great.
- Upload your videos online. Your videos can be saved to a Google Drive, Dropbox, Youtube, a Social Media account or anywhere else we can access it with a link.
- Complete the form and tell us the specific feedback you would like.
- Submit payment.
- We will typically send your reply within 3 business days. If it will be delayed for any reason we will contact you right away with options.
