Iron T is such a dramatic and powerful skill, but it needs to be trained from the ground up to protect the shoulders. This Strength and Flex class focuses on building the mobility, strength, and control to make the skill easier in the air.

Props needed:

  • A strap or belt or similar
  • A light hand weight (3-5 lbs) or equivalent. A water bottle will work well.
