This knee hang drill uses a partner and a resistance band to very effectively increase the depth and strength of our knee hang. It’s great for training all types of knee hangs including single knee hangs. The focus of this drill is isolating the knee bend for hamstring strengthening while maintaining open hips. Conditioning is more fun with friends, so grab a buddy and a resistance band for this drill!
