This hip opening stretch is great for anyone having a hard time accessing length through the front of their hips. It’s helpful for finding correct alignment in knee hangs and any other shapes that requires length through the front of the hip, such as splits and back arches. Bonus: it builds deep core and glute strength at the same time. This is a great ground drill that is easy to include in any aerial warm up.
