Leg compression! This virtual on demand class is all about getting your legs to your face. This workout is in two parts.

Part 1 is a ground workout out full of drills you can do as a follow along workout or do them on your own as a warm up to training skills that require deep compression.
(~35 minutes)

Part 2 is applying the actions learned in Part 1 into hanging from a pull up bar.
(~20 minutes)

Whether you need to build more control, or more mobility, or both, this workout has something for you.

Props needed – Part 1:

  • Yoga mat or similar soft surface
  • Two yoga blocks or similar
  • Foam roller or firm cushion

Props needed – Part 2:

  • Pull up bar
  • Stable chair
