Opposite Side Climb is a fundamental yet challenging climb to make easeful. This full length ground workout class focuses on a variety of ground-based drills to strengthen your straddle up, knee hook, hollow body, and toe point, all important components of this climb. No aerial equipment needed!

Props needed:

  • yoga mat or similar soft surface
  • foam roller or yoga block or firm cushion or rolled up yoga mat
  • 2 light hand weights (approx 5lbs) or similar (wine bottles, thick book, etc)
  • juggling ball or rolled up pair of socks
  • light resistance band or loop (optional add-on for one drill)
