This is something all aerialists should strive to master and constantly improve. Straddle ups are ubiquitous in aerial and this full length class hones in on drills to help you get rid of the dreaded micro-bend in straddle ups. Those micro-bends (or larger bends) often happen because of muscular compensations, so this class hones in on the deep core muscles needed, while also spending lots of time training the legs to completely straighten.
No aerial equipment needed!
