Sleeper on Aerial Hoop is sometimes overlooked as a fun and exciting skill. While this skill is usually a beginner skill, it can definitely be modified to be more advanced and it has a lot of potential to be stylized and added to choreography. As teachers we like using Sleeper to remind more advanced students that beginner skills are still worth training and exploring because they are still awesome.

This tutorial will cover a number of entrances and minor variations. The Building Blocks section includes skills for the different entrances and variations, so some building blocks refer to specific entrances or variations and they all aren’t necessary before introducing Sleeper.
