Vine Climb Mount on Aerial Hoop is the most common mount and dismount we use in our classes. We teach many mounts, but the Vine Climb is our default mount because it is very versatile. It can be used on very low apparatuses and very high apparatuses which means it will work for day one beginners or advanced professionals.

This tutorial will first cover introducing Vine Climb to students who have already been on the hoop and have had the opportunity to train the building blocks listed below. Then we will cover how we modify the Vine Climb Mount for students who are on the hoop for their first time and have none of the listed building blocks.
