This classic mini-sequence has many names, but we like calling it the CEO Seat. It’s a cheeky nod to the fact that calling it Secretary Seat is pretty old-fashioned and sounds sexist. The CEO Seat is an aerial silk skill that we teach to our students when they’re just starting to get comfortable in their Hip Keys, and it’s a skill that has a lot of different layers of challenge and complexity that can be added in. Our aerial silks tutorial video covers the basics that we teach first, some additional variations we add on later, and three different exit options to consider as you teach this skill to your aerial silk students.
