Double Crucifix: Flamenco Entry is a really nice entry into a double crucifix, also called Crossback. This entrance looks magical but for many bodies it takes a good bit of work to make it seem that way. This entry is sometimes also called the Jacket Entry because it looks like you’re putting on a shirt over your head.

This entrance is more advanced and we only teach it after students have a lot of experience with easier entries. This entry requires a really strong thigh squeeze for support while the fabric crosses are put on. Our progressions include tricks to hold a little more support while entering the skill.
