The Hip Key Cartwheel is an aerial silks move that can be used as a drill to prep students for Meathooks, and it can also be used as a transitional move that can be added to a variety of inverted climbs like Same Side Climb and Opposite Side Climb. This tutorial covers important alignment cues to use this skill as a Meathook training drill, and also gives you ideas for incorporating this skill into inverted aerial silk climbs.
