Pretty V Descent is a complement to Pretty V Climb and it’s a great conditioning exercise that helps build strength for pull-ups and straddle ups.
This descent is challenging but also great for conditioning and strength building. It’s one that we introduce in beginner levels as a challenge and then come back to at higher levels for conditioning.
Pretty V Descent works the entire body but especially targets deep core, pull up strength, straight leg straddles and leg lifting actions. It builds strength that helps with inversions and pull ups and is a great overall aerial conditioning skill.
