This sequence gets into a footlock in an interesting way and then continues through a dramatic and beautiful gazelle variation. Anyone who enjoys fabric theory enjoys sequences like this, where there’s at least one surprising transition. This sequence does require some smart grip choices and some smart hip movements that we go over in the video. It’s a short sequence that can be used as a basis to build off of and turned into a longer sequence by adding more skills to it.
