Knee Prow is a classic skill on Aerial Hoop. It has visually interesting lines and can definitely be a crowd pleaser, but we have found that our students have mixed feelings about the skill. Some students don’t like how it feels on the knees, others don’t like how it feels on their shoulders, elbows and wrists. And, then some students love it.

There are two variations of Knee Prow that we teach. One is the more common overhand variation and the other is a similar, but less common, underhand variation. There are many different possible entrances and exits to Knee Prow. This tutorial will cover three basic entrances and the basic concepts of Knee Prow. You can find the other entrances in the variations section below.
